1. When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. How long does delivery take?
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after your order is shipped.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

5. How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at vionneshopp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label. Returns are free, and we do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Are any items final sale?
No, we do not sell final sale items. All items are eligible for return within the 30-day return window as long as they meet our return conditions.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
